Before we get into the nitty gritty, let’s take a step back and look at Lady Gaga’s overall face. If you compare pictures of her from different stages in her career, it’s clear that her nose has changed shape. In earlier photos, her nose is broader and rounder at the tip. But in more recent pics, her nose is thinner and more pointed.

Now let’s take a closer look at her nose. In this picture from 2007, you can see that Gaga’s nostrils are wider than they are now. And in this pic from 2009, you can see that her nose bridge is much higher than it is today.
